SARBE - MARKET LEADER IN SEARCH & RESCUE BEACONS - TO EXHIBIT AT THE 45TH FARNBOROUGH INTERNATIONAL AIRSHOW.

Following the completion of a strategic plan to overhaul its entire Search and Rescue (SAR) product range of peacetime and military Personal Locator Beacons (PLB)s, SARBE are looking forward to a great deal of interest from the armed forces at this year’s Farnborough International Airshow.

The product range now includes replacements for the widely used SARBE 6 and SARBE 7 Personal Locator Beacons, and an innovative Emergency Locator Transmitter for installation in aircraft, the SARBE G2R-ELT.

Of particular interest to the military aviation sector will be the SARBE 6-406 Personal Locator Beacon, which has been specifically developed to offer a direct replacement for the many thousands of SARBE 6’s that are in service around the world.

With much of the equipment in service needing replacement in the next 3 years due to changes in satellite monitoring technology, SARBE expects interest to be high in Fit and Form direct replacements for obsolete beacons.
